Many of the drawings within this website have come from my experiences of being a mother and a wife. God has blessed me with a wonderful husband and seven children (4 sons, one daughter who is "safe in the arms of Jesus" and two more daughters through adoption).
My father died in 2002. As a memorial gift when he passed away a friend provided me with one of Alice’s Hands artwork. This artwork provided me with peace and comfort so I immediately ordered one for my mother. I have been hooked on giving them as gifts and memorials ever since. I cannot even begin to count how many I have purchased since 2002. I have purchased them as Anniversary gifts, as gifts for military moms when their sons were being deployed to war zones, as well as for friends and family when a loved one has passed. Most people buy flowers or plants as memorials; however, at some point, those will die These Hand Print memorials will last from generation to generation.
In the beginning when I purchased the Hands artwork I was purchasing them framed; however, I am now in the habit of purchasing them unframed and then getting a stand/easel to place them on - as this gives the recipient the opportunity to re-read the back as often as they like without having to take them out of the frames.
Alice has a remarkable talent and the back of the artwork is just as important at the front.
I have also purchased The Door for housewarming gifts and In His Grip for someone going through difficult times.
